Do I need to book in advance?

It is highly recommended because tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chance of getting the day and time you prefer, please book in advance. Tickets can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What happens if it rains?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, we will not be conducting the tour during inclement weather. In the event that the company needs to cancel the tour, we will reschedule you to another time that is convenient for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

What is your cancelation policy?

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests and adequate preparation for our tours, we kindly request that you observe our cancellation policy. For a full refund, please cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start date are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Should I tip my tour guide? 

If you feel you enjoyed yourself and had a great time, gratuities are greatly appreciated.

What kind of car is our tour in?

All car tours are given in a Mazda 3 with great air conditioning.

Do we stop and get out of the car at any point?

We have two main stops on the tour and you also have the option to get out at most locations to explore, take pictures, etc. only if time and traffic permits.

Where does the tour begin/end?

Exact meeting location details and where the tour ends will be provided to you immediately upon purchasing your ticket. 

Will we go into any of the stops on the tour?

Unfortunately, we are unable to go into any of the stops because of time reasons. There will be little to no walking on the car tours.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Due to the size of the vehicle we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs.

Can I bring my pet?

We welcome service animals on all our tours in compliance with ADA guidelines. Please note that pets are not permitted.

Who will my tour guide be?

Brandon Cunning, a co-founder of Rockabilly Rides, is the owner/operator of Rock 'n' Roll Tours.  He will be your guide on whichever tour you choose!

What if I'm running late?

Public Tours Policy: At Rock 'n' Roll Tours, punctuality is key to ensuring an enjoyable experience for all participants. Our public tours start promptly at the scheduled time, with no waiting. If you happen to be running late, you're welcome to join the group, but please note that late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

Private Tours Policy: For private tours, we understand that unexpected delays can occur. We will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time before considering it a no-show, with no refunds issued for lateness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy.
