2. BOOKING & PRICING 💰

Q: Do I need to book in advance? A: Absolutely! We recommend booking in advance as our tours often sell out quickly. Secure your preferred date and time by purchasing tickets with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

Q: What's included in my tour price? A: Your tour includes a professional guide, comfortable transportation, and an unforgettable experience exploring the rich music history of Memphis.

Q: What's your cancellation policy? A: For a full refund, please cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding!

3. TOUR DETAILS 🚗

Q: What kind of vehicle is used? A: Your comfort matters! Our tours are conducted in a comfortable, air-conditioned Mazda 3, ensuring you stay cool as you explore!

Q: Who is my guide? A: You'll be guided by Brandon Cunning, founder of Rock 'n' Roll Tours and a passionate enthusiast of Memphis music history.

Q: Do we make stops during the tour? A: Yes! We make two main stops and offer the option to get out and explore at several points, time and traffic permitting.

4. LOGISTICS 🗺️

Q: Where does the tour start/end? A: Exact meeting location and end details will be provided upon booking, so you'll know exactly where to go.

Q: What if I'm running late? A: For public tours, we start promptly and cannot wait. Late arrivals are welcome to join, but refunds will not be issued. Private tours allow for a 30-minute grace period.

Q: What happens in bad weather? A: Your safety comes first! In the event of inclement weather, we'll reschedule your tour to a convenient time or issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

5. CUSTOMIZATION & SIZE ✏️

Q: Can I customize my experience? A: Absolutely! We specialize in personalized experiences tailored to your interests. Just let us know during booking!

Q: How many people per tour? A: Our private tours accommodate up to three guests, ensuring an intimate and enjoyable experience for all.

6. ACCESSIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS ♿

Q: Is the tour wheelchair accessible? A: Unfortunately, our vehicle size limits accessibility for wheelchairs.

Q: Are service animals allowed? A: Yes! We welcome service animals in compliance with ADA guidelines. Pets, however, are not permitted.

Q: Is there walking involved? A: While we have minimal walking, most of the tour is conducted from the comfort of the vehicle.
