2. BOOKING & PRICING 💰
Do I need to book in advance?
Absolutely! We recommend booking in advance as our tours often sell out quickly. Secure your preferred date and time by purchasing tickets with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
What's included in my tour price?
Your tour includes a professional guide, comfortable transportation, and an unforgettable experience exploring the rich music history of Memphis.
What's your cancellation policy?
For a full refund, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding!

What kind of vehicle is used?
Travel in Style & Comfort! Experience Memphis in our pristine 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe, featuring luxurious seating, climate control, and panoramic views. Your private tour deserves premium comfort!
Who is my guide?
You'll be guided by Brandon Cunning, founder of Rock 'n' Roll Tours and a passionate enthusiast of Memphis music history.
Do we make stops during the tour?
Yes! We make two main stops and offer the option to get out and explore at several points, time and traffic permitting.
4. LOGISTICS 🗺️
Where does the tour start/end?
The exact meeting location and end details will be provided upon booking, so you'll know exactly where to go.
What if I'm running late?
For public tours, we start promptly and cannot wait. Late arrivals are welcome to join, but refunds will not be issued. Private tours allow for a 30-minute grace period.
What happens in bad weather?
Your safety comes first! In the event of inclement weather, we'll reschedule your tour to a convenient time or issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

Absolutely! We specialize in personalized experiences tailored to your interests. Just let us know during booking!
How many people per tour?
Tours are conducted in our private, climate-controlled vehicle designed for up to 4 guests; for groups of 5 or more, please contact us for rates.
6. ACCESSIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS ♿
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our vehicle size limits accessibility for wheelchairs.
Are service animals allowed?
Yes! We welcome service animals in compliance with ADA guidelines. Pets, however, are not permitted.
Is there walking involved?
While we have minimal walking, most of the tour is conducted from the comfort of the vehicle.
