1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 

By accessing and using Rock 'n' Roll Tours services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • Tours must be booked in advance

  • Full payment is required at time of booking

  • We accept major credit cards

  • Prices are subject to change

  • All bookings are subject to availability

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Standard bookings: 72-hour cancellation policy for full refund

  • VIP/Insider bookings: 24-hour cancellation policy for full refund

  • No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals

  • Weather-related cancellations qualify for full refund or rescheduling

4. TOUR CONDUCT

  • Arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled tour time

  • Follow guide instructions for safety

  • Respect other guests and locations visited

  • No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted

  • We reserve the right to refuse service

5. LIABILITY

  • Participants join tours at their own risk

  • Rock 'n' Roll Tours is not liable for personal items

  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage

  • Participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour

6. PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Photos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes

  • Guests may opt-out of photos in writing

  • Personal photos are permitted for non-commercial use

7. MODIFICATIONS 

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify tour routes as needed

  • Update pricing

  • Change these terms with notice

  • Adjust tour offerings
