- Example: If your guide failed to provide the promised experience or did not follow the tour itinerary.

What’s Not Covered

- Factors outside our control, including weather, traffic delays, or late arrivals caused by the customer.

- Dissatisfaction unrelated to the tour experience (e.g., personal preferences or external expectations).

Resolution Process

- Customers must communicate dissatisfaction during or immediately after the tour.

- Depending on the situation, we will:

- Provide a partial refund, full refund, or credit toward a future tour.
